Key Requirements
- Deep expertise in deregulated power markets (physical and financial)
- Proven experience building or leading market risk functions
- Strong background across commodities, debt, and/or digital assets
- Blend of risk analytics, systems, and leadership
- Investment Banking or M&A experience is a strong plus
