Role Overview
I'm looking for a Sr Solutions Engineer who thrives at the intersection of engineering, product, and customer success. In this role, you’ll work directly with healthcare clients to deploy, customize, and scale our solutions in real-world environments. This is a high-impact, customer-facing engineering role where you’ll take ownership of deployments and shape how our product evolves in the field.
What You’ll Do
- Partner directly with customers to deploy and implement solutions in production environments
- Translate complex customer requirements into technical solutions and product improvements
- Build custom integrations, workflows, and data pipelines tailored to client needs
- Act as a technical advisor to stakeholders across clinical, operational, and IT teams
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering to influence roadmap and features
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in fast-paced, high-stakes environments
- Drive adoption and ensure successful outcomes post-deployment
What We’re Looking For
- 2–6 years of experience in:
- Software engineering, solutions engineering, or forward deployment roles
- Strong coding skills (commonly Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar)
- Experience working with APIs, integrations, and data systems
- Comfortable working directly with customers in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- Excellent communication skills — able to bridge technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong ownership mindset with a bias toward action
Nice to Have
- Experience in healthcare or working with EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner)
- Background in startups or high-growth environments
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Exposure to data analytics, ML, or clinical workflows

Salary : $175,000 - $210,000
