The Role
Own and build the operational engine behind client delivery.
Youβll work across product, commercial, creative, medical, and engineering to turn a complex, high-touch service into a scalable, high-performance system.
What Youβll Do
- Build and scale a client operations playbook across enterprise pharma accounts
- Standardize workflows across creative, medical, and commercial teams
- Own delivery execution and eliminate bottlenecks
- Drive a tight product ops feedback loop using data
- Optimize for speed, quality, and margin
Who You Are
- 7β12 yrs in pharma marketing / agency ops or product
- Experience building operational systems at scale
- Managed teams and/or $1M pharma accounts
- Deep understanding of MLR creative workflows
- Highly quantitative, detail-oriented, execution-driven
- Thrives in fast-paced, build-from-scratch environments
