Using cutting-edge AI, knowledge-graph, and agentic systems, they automate workflows and delivers crucial insights that help companies make faster, smarter investment decisions. With multiple top-25 pharma customers already signed and rapid traction in the market, they’re recently funded and ready to scale aggressively.
As our Founding Product Strategist, you’ll sit at the intersection of customer success and product, embedding with top pharma teams to uncover workflow pain points and translate them into scalable product solutions.
You’ll run discovery calls, shadow live projects, and pressure-test in real-world scenarios — pinpointing where our product shines and where it needs to level up. One day you might prototype a bespoke workflow with engineers; the next, you’re mapping those learnings into the core platform for every user to benefit.
This is a rare opportunity to define the GTM and product foundation of a frontier AI company already working with leading biopharma innovators.
What You’ll Do
- Embed with customers: Run discovery sessions, shadow real workflows, and translate pain points into actionable product requirements.
- Prototype and iterate fast: Build quick demos, benchmark models, test prompts, and refine insights to improve quality and speed.
- Drive product strategy: Design end-to-end solutions — from mapping UX flows and data sources to writing specs and shipping with engineering.
- Lead customer success experiments: Launch and measure onboarding, upsell, and workflow pilots; track adoption data and inform roadmap priorities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with engineering, design, and customer teams to ensure platform continuously aligns with user value.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years in life sciences strategy or finance — e.g., MBB consulting, investment banking, PE/VC, or pharma BD/S&E.
- Deep familiarity with clinical data and competitive-intelligence tools (Tegus, AlphaSense, Evaluate, etc.).
- A builder’s mindset — able to turn ambiguous customer problems into real, shipped products.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools / LLMs for analysis, content creation, or automation.
- Startup DNA — thrives in fast-paced, zero-to-one environments, happy to wear multiple hats and travel (~10–20%) for customer impact.
- (Bonus) MD, PhD, or direct experience in drug development, regulatory workflows, or biopharma knowledge graphs.
