With a strong focus on optimization, global payment performance, and seamless partner connectivity, they work with leading financial institutions, processors, and fintech providers to deliver world-class payment experiences.
They’re now looking for a Payments Partnerships Manager to support and grow strategic relationships across their payments network. This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys solving operational and partnership challenges at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with payment partners including banks, PSPs, networks etc
- Support onboarding and integrations with new partners by collaborating across Product, Engineering, Risk, and Operations
- Monitor and optimize payment performance across conversion, reliability, and transaction costs
- Identify partnership opportunities and turn operational insights into scalable business impact
Requirements
- 3 years of experience building or managing partnerships within payments, fintech, or financial services
- Strong ability to operate under pressure and drive resolution across complex operational issues
- Data-driven mindset with experience translating metrics into actionable business insights
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior leadership and global partners
What Success Looks Like
- Within 30 days, you’ll gain a strong understanding of the company’s payment infrastructure and partner ecosystem
- Within 60 days, you’ll independently manage partner relationships and support strategic initiatives
- Within 90 days, you’ll own key workstreams and identify opportunities to improve payment performance and scalability
