This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lawn Care Applicator, based in Neenah, WI. The Lawn Care Applicator will ensure the health and beauty of clients' lawns by applying fertilizers, weed control, and pest control treatments. Daily responsibilities include assessing lawn conditions, communicating with customers about recommended solutions, and managing treatment schedules. You will also regularly handle lawn care equipment safely and ensure treatments are done effectively and efficiently to achieve optimal results.
- Strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills, with the ability to engage and communicate effectively with clients
- Basic Understanding of Lawn Care Practices; experience in the field is a plus but not required
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and follow a schedule
- Knowledge of safety practices and proper handling of lawn care equipment and materials
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Physical ability to perform manual outdoor work in varying weather conditions
- Pesticide applicator certification is an asset but not required; the company will provide training and licensing support
