We are a growing storm shelter manufacturing and installation company seeking a driven Inside Sales Representative to support both consumer (B2C) and business-to-business (B2B) sales. This role is critical to converting inbound leads, supporting builder relationships, and helping homeowners and contractors choose the right storm shelter solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and digital leads from homeowners and commercial customers
- Sell storm shelter solutions directly to consumers (residential sales)
- Support and grow B2B relationships, including home builders, contractors, and developers
- Prepare quotes, follow up on leads, and close sales in a timely and professional manner
- Educate customers on product options, codes, installation requirements, and timelines
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (leads, quotes, follow-ups, and closed deals)
- Coordinate with production, scheduling, and operations teams to ensure smooth handoffs
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
Required Qualifications
- Proven inside sales experience in both:
- Consumer / residential sales (B2C)
- Business-to-business sales (B2B)
- Demonstrated ability to close deals over the phone and via email
- Strong communication, listening, and follow-up skills
- Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with home builders, contractors, or construction-related trades
- Background in construction, manufacturing, home services, or durable goods
- CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems)
