We are seeking a motivated and skilled Roofer to join our dynamic team. As a Roofer, you will be responsible for installing and repairing various roofing systems on mainly residential homes. Responsibilities
- Install new roofing systems using a variety of materials such as asphalt shingles, metal panels, and membrane roofing.
- Repair and replace damaged or aging roofs efficiently and safely.
- Use hand tools (hammers, screwdrivers, pry bars) and power tools (nail guns, drills, saws) to execute roofing tasks accurately.
- Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment while adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals such as carpenters, masons, plumbers, and fabricators to complete projects seamlessly.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of roofing techniques, materials, and installation methods.
- Experience with general construction to adapt project scopes as needed.
- Hands-on experience with various hand tools and power tools used in roofing and general construction.
- Familiarity with construction site safety procedures and protocols.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely for extended periods during project execution.
