Position Overview:

The Production Assistant is a full-time, entry-level role in Franklin, TN, reporting to the Production Manager. This position offers significant growth opportunities within the company. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn the roofing and construction industry from the ground up.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Validate material orders for accuracy and timely delivery.
• Assist the Production Manager with scheduling.
• Supervise job sites, ensuring safety compliance and quality execution, documenting process.
• Source materials, manage inventory, and coordinate supplier pickups and returns.
• Maintain job site cleanliness post-project completion.
• Conduct pre-, during-, and post-project photo documentation.
• Facilitate communication between management, sales, clients, and subcontractors.
• Address client issues promptly and professionally.
• Enforce company safety standards and industry regulations.
• Complete the Production Job Checklist for each project.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• 1 years of project management experience (construction/roofing industry preferred).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Outlook.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
