Key Responsibilities
- 📞 Answer and manage all inbound calls
- 🔁 Direct calls to the appropriate internal team members
- 🗓️ Coordinate and schedule leads efficiently and accurately
- 📈 Track, forecast, and report on lead flow and performance
- 💰 Assist with lead forecasting and budgeting
- 📲 Create and schedule internal Meta (Facebook/Instagram) posts
- 🎨 Assist with light content creation for social media
- 🤝 Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth lead handoff and follow-up

- Strong communication and phone skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail
