New restaurant and lounge in Queens is seeking an experienced, reliable, and professional Lead Bartender to join our team.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits efficiently and accurately
- Deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar
- Assist with inventory counts and product organization
- Monitor product usage and report discrepancies
- Support training and leadership of bar staff
- Follow all cash handling and POS procedures
- Maintain a professional and team-oriented attitude
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years bartending experience
- High-volume restaurant, lounge, or nightlife experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine
- Reliable transportation and schedule flexibility
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Leadership experience is a plus
- Inventory and bar operations experience preferred
