About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Bookkeeper to enhance our office environment and ensure efficient company performance by overseeing finance, some light H.R. and some administrative tasks.
You are expected to work independently and proactively. Exceptional communication skills, discretion and bookkeeping knowledge are essential. You should integrate well with our team, and effectively multi-task, and manage priorities with tight deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Finance:
- Manage various company’s financial activities.
- Bookkeeping
- Invoicing & Accounts Receivable
- Accounts Payable
-Payroll Processing.
- -Collections
- -AR support
- -Customer Interface.
- Understanding of the Construction Industry and Distribution Business a plus.
- Proficiency in account analysis and balance sheet reconciliation
- Experience with QuickBooks Pro Desktop/Online and other ERP accounting packages (to be trained)
- Background in accounting principles and practices
- Knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping techniques
- Ability to perform general ledger reconciliation efficiently
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 35 per week
