We’re looking for a dependable, hands-on RO Site Manager (RSM) to oversee the appearance, maintenance, and overall readiness of self-storage facility located in Hamel, MN.
This is a part-time role ideal for someone who is self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working both indoors and outdoors.
What You’ll Do
As our RO Site Manager, you’ll be the eyes and ears of the property. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting regular property walk-throughs and unit inspections
- Preparing vacant units to be clean, secure, and rent-ready
- Maintaining exterior grounds (lawn care, snow removal, trash removal, light landscaping, etc.)
- Performing light maintenance (gates, lighting, doors, minor repairs)
- Completing lock audits and security checks
- Responding to maintenance requests and property issues
- Coordinating with third-party vendors when needed
- Supporting lien/foreclosure procedures as required
- Collecting payments from on-site drop boxes (if applicable)
- Ensuring company cleanliness and safety standards are consistently met
What We’re Looking For
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of property maintenance or related experience preferred
- Comfortable using smartphones, tablets and basic apps
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Self-starter who can manage time effectively
- Positive attitude and team mindset
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
