Essential functions of the role that can be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Conducting regular property walk-throughs and unit inspections
• Preparing vacant units to be clean, secure, and rent-ready
• Maintaining exterior grounds (lawn care, snow removal, trash removal, light landscaping, etc.)
• Performing light maintenance (gates, lighting, doors, minor repairs)
• Completing lock audits and security checks
• Responding to maintenance requests and property issues
• Coordinating with third-party vendors when needed
• Supporting lien/foreclosure procedures as required
• Collecting payments from on-site drop boxes (if applicable)
• Ensuring company cleanliness and safety standards are consistently met

Requirements: 

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of property maintenance or related experience preferred
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets and basic apps
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Self-starter who can manage time effectively
• Positive attitude and team mindset
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
