Responsibilities
The Director of Risk Management oversees SAM's risk mitigation strategies, insurance portfolio, and claims processes. They identify, analyze, and manage insurable hazards, negotiate with brokers for cost-effective coverage (property, liability, cyber, etc.), and ensure compliance to protect assets and operations.
Qualifications
Professional Risk Manager (PRM) certification preferred. • Experience working with insurance policies. • Appropriately maintain confidential information. • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, project and time management skills. • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
