Our veterinarians and team members strive to provide the best medicine and care possible to all creatures great and small. In addition to traditional methods, we also offer holistic and V.O.M., a non-surgical approach to spinal pain and mobility problems.
Our team is looking for a veterinary client service representative with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy. We are looking for a dynamic, outgoing person, with great customer service skills, who enjoys interacting with people and their pets!
Our Ideal Candidate
- previous customer service experience required
- experience in veterinary medicine, animal care, or human medical background highly preferred
- has a flexible schedule
- ability to multi-task
- Must enjoy working with people and animals
Job duties include
- Customer service functions include greeting visitors, answering telephones, and guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms.
- Scheduling and confirming appointments.
- Placing outbound calls for follow-ups and reaching out to prospective clients.
- Presenting and explaining fees, including processing payments.
- Recommending, selecting, and obtaining products and services, including prescriptions.
- Answering questions regarding products and services, including educating clients on general animal husbandry and non-medical pet care (i.e., heartworm prevention, housebreaking, and flea & tick control).
- Managing medical records, charts, reports, and correspondence.

Compensation is negotiable based on credentials and experience with an hourly pay rate starting at $16-18/hour. The actual rate offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
