Job description:
We are hiring a FULL-TIME or PART-TIME Front Desk/Receptionist position for our busy, expanding practice located south of Dayton in Centerville. Our full-time employees work 40 hours a week Mon-Fri and approximately every other Saturday morning. Full-time employees work a rotating schedule to accommodate open business hours. Must be available between the hours of 8:00AM and 6:00PM. Starting salary is $15.00 hourly.
Part-time employees work an average of 25 hours per week and Saturday mornings
Experience with Veterinary terminology, Veterinary culture, and Veterinary software helpful, but not 100% necessary. We will train the right candidate. Please submit a resume to begin the interview process.

Under the responsibility of the Client Services Director, chosen candidate will be trained in all aspects of our Customer Service Representative/Receptionist Team:
Welcoming/greeting all established and new clients and their pets.
Employ all processes for check-in and check-out.
Operate/familiar with Electronic Records (Pulse).
Maintain paper chart filing system.
Provide thorough, efficient, and compassionate customer service in person and via a multi-line phone system.
Scheduling our valuable clients’ appointments and surgeries, processing payments, and submitting refill requests.
