Their primary focus is on developing student skills, executing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and providing behavioral support to promote functional independence and inclusion.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education required; Master's degree preferred
- Appropriate CT state license or certification required
- A minimum of two years of experience working with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder and/or Intellectual Disabilities
- Acute awareness of IEP implementation and behavioral support to facilitate inclusion and functional independence
