Stonington Public Schools is seeking a district-wide BCBA.
This is a 10-month position.
Salary range $81,000 - $85,933 - prorated based on start date.

QUALIFICATIONS
- MA degree (minimum requirement)
- BCBA certification (required)
- CT Licensure (required)
- Candidate must be collaborative, highly team-oriented, yet possess initiative, self-motivation, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Must possess superior communication skills, both written and oral.
- Must possess the ability to establish and maintain a good rapport with students, staff, and families.
- Demonstrate the ability to remain poised and calm in the midst of a crisis situation
- Minimum of 5 years' experience working with students with Autism, developmental, behavioral, and social-emotional disabilities preferred
- Familiarity with the IEP/PPT process.
- Experience working in a public school setting preferred
