    Stonington Public Schools is seeking a district-wide BCBA.
    This is a 10-month position.
    Salary range $81,000 - $85,933 - prorated based on start date.
    Fringe benefits include paid time off (personal and sick leave), VOYA 401A retirement plan, and life insurance.

    QUALIFICATIONS
    • MA degree (minimum requirement)
    • BCBA certification (required)
    • CT Licensure (required)
    • Candidate must be collaborative, highly team-oriented, yet possess initiative, self-motivation, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
    • Must possess superior communication skills, both written and oral.
    • Must possess the ability to establish and maintain a good rapport with students, staff, and families.
    • Demonstrate the ability to remain poised and calm in the midst of a crisis situation
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience working with students with Autism, developmental, behavioral, and social-emotional disabilities preferred
    • Familiarity with the IEP/PPT process.
    • Experience working in a public school setting preferred
