Stonhard Position Overview:
The District Construction Manager role at Stonhard is responsible for leading all Construction Field Operations in a respective region, including Project Management and Installation Management.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Compensation Range: $90,000 - $110,000
- Annual On Target Bonus Earnings: $40,000 - $60,000

Essential Functions:
- Direct responsibility for all Construction Division activities in a respective District – including oversight and direction of Project Management, Installer Recruitment and Quality Assurance Management.
- Presents and promotes Stonhard’s products and Construction Division services to General Contractors, Industrial and Commercial accounts, supporting the Stonhard Territory and Sales Managers.
- Tracks, guides and executes Total Project Management (TPM), including forecasting in a respective region.
- Leads weekly look-ahead calls with Regional Leadership team.
- Direct management of Project Manager and Superintendents, including hiring, training and performance management.
- Direct oversight of Regional Large Project Protocol Program and Regional Red Flag Program.
- Oversight of New TM training in accordance with Stonhard’s new TM Training and Development Program.
- Works with Regional Operations Manager to ensure an up-to-date and accurate allocation/management of installation resources.
- Conducts required field rides and coaching trips with direct reports.
Minimum Requirements:
- Two to five years of experience in construction management, with demonstrated team leadership and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage projects and clearly communicate key project tasks to Construction Division team, Sales teams and senior leadership.
- Demonstrates the ability to lead and organize a team.
- Excellent leadership and motivational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Required travel time can be up to 50% in the field.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
