Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies
- Handle customer complaints with empathy and resolve issues efficiently
- Assist clients with account management, billing questions, and service requests
- Assist with logistics and delivery scheduling.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening
- Strong data entry skills with high typing accuracy and speed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in sales or client services is preferred
