Thank you for your interest in the Customer Service Representative position at Check Collision / Toyota of Dartmouth. This is a full-time role based in our fast-paced collision center. We are urgently looking to fill this critical front desk position. As the "face" of our company, you will greet customers, help them navigate the claims process, schedule appointments, coordinate rental vehicles, provide repair status updates, and prepare necessary vehicle paperwork.
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person.
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist with scheduling and updating customers on repair status.
- Perform data entry accurately and efficiently.
- Filing and sorting mail.
- Setting up rental reservations.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Must be able to work well in a team environment.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
Experience with CCCOne is a plus. Bi-lingual skills are also beneficial but not required. This role is a good fit for individuals with an appraiser's license or those who desire the experience and ability to learn more about the appraisal process.
