Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all operations of the Service Department.
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Develop and mentor service team members to meet performance goals.
- Monitor department profitability and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with Parts and Sales Departments to optimize workflow and customer experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in motorcycle, automotive, or powersports service management.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Harley-Davidson motorcycles, service processes, and manufacturer systems.
- Proven leadership and team management skills with a focus on motivation and accountability.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in dealership management software (Talon preferred) and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to read and interpret service manuals, technical bulletins, and warranty policies.
- Valid driver’s license and motorcycle endorsement required.

· Ability to stand, walk, and move around the dealership and service area for extended periods.
