Position Summary: Tours and lease apartments and town homes on property. Administrative duties as assigned. Assist Property Manager as needed.
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following but are not limited to the job specifications contained herein. Additional duties or job functions that can be performed safely maybe required as deemed necessary by supervisory personnel.·
Completes lease form or agreement and collects rental deposit.
Responsible for insuring the “model” apartments and target apartments are ready for show; responsible for maintaining work areas and office in clean and orderly manner; need to have an awareness of the “curb appeal” of the property.
Thorough knowledge of lease terms, specifications and all community policies.
Knowledge of required telephone and sales techniques.
Knowledgeable of current market conditions.·(Will train)
Fully informed of current rental rates, sizes, locations and all amenities of property. (Will train)
Maintain confidentiality will all residents/prospects information.
Responsible for keeping the office flow at all times and maintaining positive attitude with anyone that walks in the door.
Develop full knowledge of application information required, screening processes and policies regarding rentals.
Responsible to conduct out-reach marketing at least once per week.
Develop and maintain an on-going resident retention program under direction of Community Manager/Regional Manager.
Responsible to play an active role in the renewal process.
Responsible for proper maintenance of all resident and property files.
In addition we need someone creative for resident event and social media marketing pages
Data entry or bill coding experience a plus!
Must be efficient in Microsoft programs
Marketing experience a plus! (Social Media)

Must be able to multi task.
Must be a team player! But also have the ability to work alone when necessary.

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

- Davis, CA 95616: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 3 years (Preferred)
- Apartment Leasing: 2 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Preferred)
