- Conducting leasing presentations and securing lease agreements
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
- Collaborating with the Community Manager to achieve sales goals
Requirements:
- Previous leasing experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Availability to work weekends as needed
- Knowledge of local market conditions and trends
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Computer experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
