What You Will Bring
Our ideal candidate will be reliable and follow safety procedures and duties assigned by a supervisor.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework or experience in accounting, finance, or business administration preferred.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in resident billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, or related accounting functions within a CCRC, senior living, healthcare, or hospitality related environment.
- Strong hospitality skills with the ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Experience with resident billing and accounting platforms (PointClickCare, Revspring, etc.).
- Excellent attention to detail, time management and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to understand and follow instructions in English and communicate effectively.
