The Marketing & Graphic Design Strategist is responsible for developing and implementing creative marketing strategies that strengthen the Stonehill Communities brand, increase awareness of services and programs, and effectively communicate the organization’s mission and values. This role leads the creation of engaging digital, print, social media, and promotional content while ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all Stonehill Communities locations and services.
The position combines marketing strategy, graphic design, content creation, and social media management to effectively tell the Stonehill story and highlight the people, services, programs, and experiences that make Stonehill Communities unique. The Marketing & Graphic Design Strategist works collaboratively with leadership, departments, and community partners to identify opportunities, develop campaigns, create compelling visual materials, and promote the organization to current and prospective residents, families, employees, and community members.
This role requires creativity, initiative, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities. The position is responsible for maintaining a consistent and positive brand presence while developing innovative ways to engage audiences and support the overall goals of Stonehill Communities in alignment with its Franciscan values and mission.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or Business or related field
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Must be a supportive team member, contribute to, and be an example of teamwork and the collaborative team concept.
- Must be self-directed, detail-oriented, and organized, with the ability to manage responsibilities under little supervision.
- Familiarity with computer systems, including Microsoft Office, with a demonstrated ability to use computer programs for training and communications.
- Adhere to all Stonehill Communities policies and procedures
Shift: 1st Shift
Status: Full-Time (60-80 hours per pay period)
