What are the responsibilities and job description for the CNA, Full-Time, 1st Shift position at Stonehill Communities?
Assists the residents with daily living and care activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, ambulating, and toileting in accordance with the established standards and procedures. Provides maintenance and restorative care services to the residents as scheduled such as special hygiene, repositioning, toileting, and equipment servicing such as catheters and wheelchairs. Maintains related daily care and documents on each resident assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be 16 years of age
- Passion for caring for others
- Good Communication Skills
- Must be able to respect privacy and confidentiality of any information accessed necessary to perform job requirements.
Shift: 1st Shift
Status: Full-Time (60-80 hours per pay period)

This position will be scheduled in 8-hour or 12-hour shifts. The 8-hour shifts are scheduled every other weekend and every other holiday. The 12-hr shifts are scheduled every third weekend and every other holiday. Holiday pay is at a rate of double time employee's base pay rate.
