Role Description The Sales Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based at Stoneham Ford in Stoneham, MA. The Sales Associate will greet and assist customers on the showroom floor and lot, identify their transportation needs, and present suitable new and pre-owned vehicles. Daily responsibilities include explaining vehicle features, options, warranties, and financing, preparing price quotes, and guiding customers through test drives and the sales process from initial contact to closing.
