In your role as an AT&T Associate, you will serve as a trusted resource for clients, guiding them through their options and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Responsibilities of an AT&T Associate:
- Prospect and engage new customers by identifying their unique needs and communication challenges.
- Present tailored telecom solutions designed to improve connectivity and support business growth.
- Walk customers through available products, pricing, and promotions so they can make confident decisions.
- Build and deliver compelling sales pitches that close deals and consistently hit revenue goals.
