Core Responsibilities of the AT&T Connectivity Specialist Role:
- Meet with customers in person to discuss their current wireless service and connectivity needs
- Present AT&T's plans, devices, and service options clearly and accurately
- Recommend solutions based on what each customer actually needs
- Guide customers through enrollment and account setup
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Stay current on AT&T products, plans, and promotions
Qualifications for the AT&T Connectivity Specialist:
