Role: Senior AI/ML Engineer Generative AI & NLP
Work Location: Woodlawn, MD (On-site, 5 days/week)

Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced AI/ML Engineer with deep expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Natural Language Processing (NLP). This role requires a strong combination of hands-on engineering, data science, and real-world problem-solving capabilities to design and deploy scalable AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and deploy advanced NLP and Generative AI solutions
- Design and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines
- Build scalable ML/LLM systems using Python-based frameworks
- Analyze large-scale transactional and trend data using SQL
- Train, fine-tune, and optimize LLM/NLP models
- Develop cloud-native AI solutions on AWS
- Build and maintain data pipelines and automation frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex data challenges
- Provide insights, recommendations, and analytical solutions

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or related field
- 10 years of IT experience
- Hands-on experience in Python, ML/AI, NLP, and RAG
- Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance

- AI chatbot development
- Hadoop ecosystem (Spark, Hive, Impala)
- GPU programming (CUDA)
- Experience with LaTeX, HTML
- NLP for anomaly detection

Security Requirement
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance
