Headquartered in Lewisville, Texas, StoneGate Senior Living provides management services to 32 healthcare facilities, which employ a total of more than 3,200 employees. As a member of StoneGate Senior Living’s Corporate Human Resources team, the Regional Human Resources Consultant will support the human resources function in 10 of the company’s skilled nursing and assisted living facilities in Oklahoma.
This position will focus on employee relations, recruiting and retention, HR compliance, and performance management at the facility level. This position requires daily travel to support the HR function in-person in the assigned facilities.

The ideal candidate will meet the following preferences/requirements:
- 5 years of relevant Human Resource experience, preferably supporting Operations
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Management or related field required
- Healthcare experience preferred, preferably in the long-term care and assisted living markets
- Human Resources Certification preferred – PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the Oklahoma City area
- Strong background in employee relations, recruiting and retention, and labor management
- Proven experience using HR related data to communicate and drive alignment with business decisions
- Be a service-oriented professional who is highly responsive and empathetic and garners the respect of employees and business leaders
- Able to manage competing priorities and ensure timely follow-through with excellent attention to detail
- Solid mentoring and leadership capabilities
- Residence in the Oklahoma City area strongly preferred
