PRC Resources is conducting a confidential search on behalf of a growing oilfield services organization with approximately 1,000 employees operating across multiple states. The company is seeking an Executive Vice President of Human Resources to serve as a key member of the executive leadership team and help drive its people, culture, and organizational strategy.
Position Summary
This is more than a traditional HR leadership role. The EVP of Human Resources will serve as a strategic partner to ownership and executive leadership while helping preserve and strengthen the organization's culture during continued growth.
The ideal candidate is a servant leader who understands how to balance employee advocacy with business objectives and has experience leading organizations through growth, change, mergers, acquisitions, and workforce integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a member of the Executive Leadership Team and provide strategic HR leadership.
- Lead all aspects of Human Resources, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, benefits, compliance, and organizational development.
- Champion the company's culture, values, employee engagement, and leadership development initiatives.
- Develop workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management strategies.
- Lead HR integration efforts related to mergers, acquisitions, and organizational growth.
- Partner with leaders across multiple locations to support a high-performing, engaged workforce.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or related field.
- 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience.
- Experience leading HR for a multi-state organization with approximately 1,000 employees or more.
- Proven experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, organizational integration, and change management initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and compliance.
- Experience supporting field-based and geographically dispersed workforces.
- Oilfield services, energy, industrial services, construction, manufacturing, or related industry experience strongly preferred.
