We specialize in providing gender-specific care through separate facilities for men and women. Our services include medically supervised detox and residential treatment programs designed to foster safe, effective, and lasting recovery from drug and alcohol addiction.

Position Overview:

The Recovery Advocate plays a critical role in supporting clients on their journey to recovery. As a member of the treatment team, you will provide direct care and supervision to individuals in our program, fostering a safe, structured, and compassionate environment. This role involves building positive relationships with clients, modeling healthy behaviors, and offering accountability as they navigate the challenges of recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assisting with daily activities, ensure adherence to program guidelines.

· Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment in accordance with facility policies and procedures.

· Monitor and document client interactions and behaviors.

· Facilitate and lead 12 step groups.

· Build positive relationships with patients while maintaining professional boundaries.

· Respond to emergencies quickly and effectively, following established protocols.

Qualifications:

· Working 12 step program (Preferred)

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle emotionally challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.

· Commitment to confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA regulations.
