Concrete Repair Laborer

Stonecast Products is looking for a Concrete Repair Laborer to join our precast concrete team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who takes pride in hands-on work, values quality and safety, and is eager to learn architectural concrete repair techniques. Experience not required, we will train the ideal candidate!

What You'll Do

• Repair chips, bug holes, pour lines, reveals, cracks, and spalls in precast concrete products
• Learn architectural patching techniques, including color matching and epoxy application
• Perform both indoor and outdoor patching when conditions allow
• Follow direction from the Patch Supervisor while developing independence in tasks
• Maintain a consistent work pace while meeting Stonecast quality standards
• Accurately complete patch activity paperwork and submit it on time
• Travel to job sites for off-site patching when required (if applicable)
• Handle supplies, receipts, and authorization forms accurately (if applicable)

Physical Requirements

This Role Is Physically Demanding And Includes

• Standing 8–10 hours per day
• Repeated ladder climbing (50–75 times per day)
• Lifting up to 50 lbs multiple times per day
• Overhead work, kneeling, squatting, bending, sanding, and grinding
• Working outside in all weather conditions
• Using power tools and respirators as required
