The Role
This is a producing-level role designed for licensed agents who already understand:
- Prospecting strategy
- Group benefit plan design
- Renewal negotiations
- Carrier relationships
- Building and retaining a book
You will maintain autonomy while leveraging Stonebridge’s platform, carrier access, and operational infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Generate and close new group benefits business
- Develop strategic relationships with business owners and executives
- Design and implement competitive employee benefits programs
- Manage renewals and retention strategy
- Grow and protect your book of business
- Drive consistent production results
Qualifications
- Active Texas Health & Life License (Required)
- 2 years of employee benefits production experience
- Existing book of business or demonstrated production history preferred
- Proven prospecting and closing ability
- Strong consultative sales approach
- Entrepreneurial mindset with long-term growth focus
