About us
We're an evidence-based chiropractic and rehab clinic in Coffeyville, accepting cash and HSA/FSA. Our care is built on current research and one-on-one time with the doctor: chiropractic, rehabilitation, dry needling, acupuncture, DOT physicals, and movement screening. We help athletes who want to perform and stay healthy, working people dealing with pain, and families who want care they can trust. We're growing fast, and we need someone to show the community what happens inside these walls.
The role
You'd be our first hire and the only staff member besides the doctor. Your main job is content: filming, editing, and posting what we do so more people find us. You'll also keep the front of the clinic running. You're trusted with real responsibility from day one and have a direct hand in how the business grows. We'll teach you the foundations. After that, we expect you to keep growing on your own, take ownership of these areas, and become the expert in them.
What you'd do
- Film and edit short videos of treatments, exercises, patient wins, and day-to-day clinic life
- Plan and post content to social media, write captions, and keep our online presence active and consistent
- Send the monthly email newsletter
- Help run and record clinic workshops and events, including setup, sign-ups, and follow-up
- Greet patients, handle checkout and scheduling in Jane (our practice software), and respond to calls, texts, and emails
- Call other medical offices to request and send patient records, handle faxes, and keep patient files complete
- Help with paperwork and intake for DOT physicals as needed (training provided)
- Order supplies, keep records organized, and take tasks off the owner's plate before he has to ask
What we're looking for
- Comfortable behind the camera and on it, with an eye for what makes people stop scrolling
- A self-directed learner: once you've been shown the basics, you go out of your way to get better, and you aim to be significantly better at this work than the owner is
- Highly motivated: you look for what needs doing and do it
- A problem solver who figures things out instead of waiting for instructions
- Organized and reliable; as the only staff member, the clinic depends on you showing up
- Warm and professional with patients; discreet with private health information
- An interest in fitness, training, or athletics is a strong plus
- Prior content, social media, or front desk experience is a plus, not a requirement

Details
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, 1:30–8:00 pm, plus the occasional Saturday morning for training or a workshop. In person at 1314 W. 11th St., Suite A, Coffeyville.
