- As a Polisher/Busser, you keep the dining room running in a high-volume environment by polishing glassware and dishware to a spot-free standard and clearing and resetting tables quickly. Your speed and attention to detail behind the scenes keep service moving smoothly for guests and staff alike.

- Must be available Thursday-Sunday 8:30am-6pm
- Polish glassware and dishware quickly to a spot-free, streak-free standard.
- Keep pace with high-volume service, prioritizing what the floor needs most in the moment.
- Clear and reset tables promptly after guests leave.
- Bus tables efficiently and quietly, without disrupting guests still seated nearby.
- Sort and stage dishware, glassware, and flatware for the dish pit and floor.
- Restock polished glassware and dishware at service stations.
- Inspect items for chips, cracks, or spots and pull anything that doesn't meet standard.
- Keep the polishing station and dish pit areas clean, organized, and stocked with glassware & dishes.
- Communicate with servers and kitchen staff about table status and supply needs.
- Move quickly and safely through the dining room, especially during peak hours.
- Handle glassware and dishware carefully to minimize breakage.
- Support the team wherever needed to keep service running smoothly.
