What are the responsibilities and job description for the Year Round High Volume Server position at Stoneacre Brasserie?
- Greet guests in a positive, friendly manner and make them feel welcome.
- Guide guests through all phases of their experience at the restaurant.
- Exhibit proper knowledge, selling techniques and service delivery of both non and alcoholic beverages.
- Can handle being on their feet for 4 hours or more
- Maintain table cleanliness utilizing a silent service approach.
- Is able to balance and carry drinks on a tray.
- Itemize bills correctly and efficiently securing payment.
- Maintain cleanliness and stock of their assigned areas, side stations, tables and POS stations.
- Maintain a level of professionalism that will make guests want to return to Stoneacre.
- Anticipate the guests’ needs and responding appropriately with a sense of urgency.
- Actively work as a good will ambassador of Stoneacre by exhibiting service standards excellence.
- Work as a team, assisting all guests’ and employees’ needs and inquiries.
- Effectively communicate with management, chefs and culinary staff in order to fulfill and address any issues or needs requested by guests and or other employees.
- Follow all procedures and policies set forth by the company.
- Follow all health and safety regulations. ,
- Ensure uncompromising Service and Hospitality to our Guests at all times while on duty.
