Assistant Manager

We are looking for a genuinely friendly Assistant Manager who loves working with people.
Must-have personality:
You need to be able to smile, say “How are you doing?” and greet guests or team members warmly — every single time. If that’s not natural for you, this role isn’t the right fit.
What you’ll do:
- Support daily operations and the management team
- Lead and motivate staff
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Help keep the workplace running smoothly
The environment:
This role is highly fast-paced at times. You’ll need to stay calm, positive, and efficient when things get busy.
Pay & Schedule:
- Salaried position
- 45–50 hours per week
- We pool tips weekly and share them with the team
