Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the residential construction market.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Generate leads and close sales to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Present and sell our residential construction services to homeowners, builders, and other key stakeholders.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to help us maintain a competitive edge.
What We're Looking For
- Experience & Skillset:
- Proven experience in residential construction sales is a must.
- A strong understanding of the residential construction process.
- Experience with a current client list is highly preferred.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation: This is a base-plus-commission role with a total compensation target of $75,000 to $100,000.
- Benefits: We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, life, dental, and vision insurance, as well as short-term and long-term disability. You can also participate in our IRA with a 3% company match.
