As a Resident Aide, you’ll play a key role in helping our residents maintain their health and well-being. You’ll assist with monitoring resident health and providing personalized care in a supportive, home-like environment. If you’re passionate about elderly care, especially in memory care, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely administer medications as prescribed
- Assist with personal care needs, including activities of daily living
- Monitor and document residents' health status and report changes to the nursing staff
- Support memory care residents with compassion and understanding
- Build relationships with residents to foster a comforting and supportive environment
Qualifications:
- Compassionate, patient, and committed to resident care
- Ability to work every other weekend
