We’re a growing commercial bread bakery with a team of 300, achieving $80M in annual sales. We’re seeking a customer-centric Account Manager to nurture client relationships, ensure satisfaction, and support our sales team’s growth.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for established client accounts — building trust and ensuring ongoing satisfaction
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues quickly and effectively
- Collaborate closely with sales managers and internal teams (production, logistics, quality, finance) to align on customer needs and expectations
- Identify opportunities to upsell and expand existing accounts, helping to drive revenue growth
- Monitor account health, track KPIs, and deliver regular status reports
- Support and represent the company at trade shows, demos, and client events (approx. 25% travel)
- Document interactions and project updates in our CRM system

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Customer or Account Manager in a B2B or wholesale setting
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and priorities
- Ability to collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams
- Comfortable with occasional travel for client meetings and events
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and MS Office suite
