Packing Specialist

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Packaging Specialist. This position is responsible for packaging finished meat products, ensuring quality and accuracy, and supporting overall production goals in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Pack finished meat products into appropriate containers according to company standards
• Accurately label and seal packages
• Inspect products to ensure they meet established quality standards
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workspace
• Follow all safety and food handling protocols
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
• Promptly report issues or concerns to the supervisor
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in packing or manufacturing preferred, but not required
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift and move heavy boxes or packages (up to 50 lbs)
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
