What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mason foreman position at Stoltzfus and Sons Concrete LLC?
Primarily a flatwork Concrete company looking to hire an experienced mason to lead and train a masonry division in the company. Currently subbing all masonry work but have enough volume to establish our own full time mason crew.
Must have a min of 3-5 years of actual full time masonry experience to qualify. This is NOT a supervisor role. It will be a hands on lead position where you will be in charge of laying up block for additions, garages and full basements plus an occasional chimney or face stone...
You will be expected to take on the main work load in the beginning as you train new guys from scratch unless you have good connections to bring in more hires with experience.
In the next 1-3 years the goal is to have a 5 man crew with high performance output, quality with efficiency is key and a good moral and culture fit is also of top importance!
From there the opportunities are endless in this trade! We already do some commercial so there will always be room to grow more crews or take on the volume to keep growing!
Pay for this current position will be top dollar for the right guy.
