Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Automotive Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will perform comprehensive vehicle repairs and maintenance, ensuring optimal performance and safety for our customers’ vehicles. Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair a variety of automotive issues using advanced diagnostic tools and schematics.
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid replacements.
- Conduct complex repairs on powertrain systems, transmissions, electrical systems, and diesel engines.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and automotive repair equipment to complete repairs efficiently.
- Perform wheel alignments and adjustments to ensure proper vehicle handling and safety standards.
- Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic codes to identify root causes of issues.
- Maintain detailed service records and communicate repair findings clearly to customers.
Experience
- Proven dealership experience with a strong background in automotive diagnostics and repairs.
- Hands-on experience working with ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) technology.
- Familiarity with automotive electrical systems, powertrain components, transmissions, and diesel engine repair.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and auto estimating software.
- Service technician experience demonstrating mechanical knowledge across various vehicle systems.
