Automotive Service Advisor – High Volume Dealership
Pompano Honda is hiring an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our high-performing service team in Pompano Beach, FL. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven professional with dealership experience who thrives in a fast-paced, high car count environment.
We are seeking a Service Advisor with strong customer service skills, proven sales ability, and hands-on experience using dealership management systems.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assess vehicle service needs
- Ability to use tablets and assess vehicle service needs
- Write and manage repair orders accurately
- Provide maintenance and repair recommendations
- Prepare service estimates and explain costs clearly
- Upsell manufacturer-recommended services
- Coordinate workflow between technicians and parts department
- Process warranty repairs in compliance with manufacturer standards
- Maintain high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores
- Follow up with customers regarding vehicle status and completed repairs
- Maintain highest level of of Professionalism
Required Experience & Skills:
- 2 years Automotive Service Advisor experience (dealership preferred)
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance processes
- Experience using CDK Global DMS
- Experience using Xtime service scheduling software
- Honda brand knowledge preferred
- Ability to manage high repair order volume
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license
