About the Position
As a Front of House Server & Taproom Associate, you’ll help create the experience that keeps our guests coming back. You’ll welcome guests, provide attentive table service, share your knowledge of our food and drinks, and help maintain a fun, relaxed, and inviting atmosphere.
Our team works together, so flexibility is important. Depending on the needs of the business, responsibilities may include serving tables, bartending, pouring craft beer, running food, assisting with events, and keeping the taproom clean and organized.
No two shifts are exactly alike, and we’re looking for people who enjoy jumping in wherever they’re needed!
What You'll Do
- Welcome guests with a friendly attitude and help make everyone feel at home.
- Provide attentive, knowledgeable, and efficient table service.
- Take food and beverage orders and ensure they’re delivered accurately and promptly.
- Learn our craft beer selection, food menu, and specialty offerings so you can make recommendations.
- Pour and serve craft beer and other beverages responsibly.
- Work closely with kitchen and FOH teammates to keep service running smoothly.
- Assist with opening, closing, stocking, cleaning, and maintaining a welcoming environment.
- Help support brewery events and special functions throughout the year.
- Bring a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a team-first mindset to every shift.
What We're Looking For
- A friendly, outgoing personality and a genuine interest in hospitality.
- Dependability, punctuality, and a willingness to learn.
- The ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Comfort working evenings, weekends, and some holidays as needed.
- Previous serving or bartending experience is a plus, but a great attitude and willingness to learn go a long way.
- An interest in craft beer, specialty coffee, or the restaurant industry is a bonus!

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
